This is supposed to be a gaming computer.
Rate it on a scale of 1/10 (with the thought in mind that it's supposed to be a gaming computer)

What the hell do you need 16 GB RAM for? I have 8 GB and I never use more than 50%.

anything higher up in the 600 series and anything in the 700 series above a 720

they're GPUs they only have one function m8

Have you tried rendering HD videos in After Effects while doing other things on your computer? Lemme tell yah, it's torture with only 8 gigs.
