I seriously loving hate this. I got hit while on a bike and the guy's like "OH stuff" then runs me and my bike over again to speed off cause I took too long getting up. I also love how often the police slam into me and get me killed when I'm not the one wanted.

Every NPC in this game acts like a hardass until I pull out a gun and they get scared and run.
