You find them on your rockstar games social club profile and rightclick->save and then upload them to your favorite image hosting site.

Because people love to mod, and Red Dead didn't come to PC so people got kinda concerned. And GTA 4 was a piss-poor port with horrid optimization and bugs.

Not really, everyone already knew that GTA V was getting a port. The only people I seen worrying were people under 16.
