There was that one walkway near Roman's Taxi Office that was next to a massive drop, with no guard rails or anything to stop them, and it dropped down a sheer brick wall into the dock-area where Brucie's house/garage was.
You could wait around there and a stream of civilians would walk past, and if you got out your baseball bat, aimed at them, then held the bat defensively (so it's held in both hands at either end) you could walk into a person and shove them off the side to their death without getting in trouble. Even police officers.

who here is broke? i am after the update. tried a few apartments before getting two in the same location (the new apartment design, and the old one so WIN-WIN) and upgrading my old cars.
didnt get the disgusting clone of infernus, carbonizzare+rapid gt clone, or the poor mans version of the bagger. i will get the huntley though.

assuming you mean the bullet, it's not really a clone of that
it's supposed to look like a Ford GT

it's loving grand theft auto, and quite frankly who gives a stuff if you call in a tank and start world war 3 with the police force in front of the fib's doorsteps; nowadays i got at least one or two rp hungry starfishs on me because i ran over a few people.
and if the intention was the logic of your post then why the hell does killing cops do nothing to your mental status??
the mental status thing was just stretched too far. they need to at best reduce it to killing online players and not random hobos who get in my way while im driving at a rough 200mph.

from $1.5mil to $200k after buying the zentorno and massacro and upgrading them lol
tbh the cars and multiple apartments are the only good thing about the high life update. bullpup rifle was disappointing and i alreay explained the flaw in the mental status system.

the infernus is a combination of a Lamborghini and a Pagani Zonda, and the bullet is a prettier Ford GT.
