run up to the tank without getting shot and hold triangle to steal it from the person inside
or just blow it up with nades.

the one where you fly close to the ground is BULLstuff. so are the ones where you have to crash land, especially the titan one.

yep. practically anything involving landing is skewered heavily by the fact rockstar doesn't know what a plane does.

My brother had that glitch before. But he never dove out of a car, got stuck and then fell.
Instead, from the get-go of the session he was playing (was a regular public session), he wouldn't float in any water.
He first found it out by jumping in a swimming pool.
We then went to the sea to test some things out with it. You can't dive into water, particularly from the pier at Vespucci beach. The diving animation speeds the player up quite a lot, and then they're quite quickly slowed down by the water normally. But with this glitch, you go fast and then continue to fall directly down to the ground at that speed. Basically causes an instant death from fall damage.
Diving out of a boat will also make you fall fast, likely die.
So will jumping from a plane/helicopter and down into the water.
If you get in a car and drive it into the sea and stay in it, you'll start to drown.
If you get out of the car while underwater you'll start to swim like usual and start to drown.
If you then swim back to the surface to get air, immediately upon reaching the surface you'll no longer swim, and will plummet to the bottom.
You can gently walk into water from the shore and walk along the bottom of the sea. You don't drown at all.
You can walk for some considerable distance around all of the sea-bed.
Should you come to the areas of the sea where the terrain suddenly plummets however, such as the locations where the submersible starts to take damage from the pressure, you can jump into them.
Doing so will probably cause you to drop quickly and down into a deep black void.
Eventually you'll suddenly reappear back where you last were on dry land.
Police helicopters can shoot you while you're under water.
