because all my friends have it for PS4 and I care more about gaming with them than playing it with nice graphics and modding. not to mention I don't have an 800$ computer nor do I have the money to buy one. Who knows? I might get a gaming PC with GTA V one day, but not for a while.

If the Xbox and PS4 can run the game well enough, A cheap PC will do the same.
On the lowest settings at least.

did you completely ignore the part about me wanting to play it on PS4 with my friends? anyways I'd rather run it on decent settings with 30 FPS than stuffty settings with 20 FPS. why does everyone have such a huge problem with console gaming ffs
