Implying consoles are not at the lowest settings already.
I think you having friends is irrelevant, like I said it's not going to take a $800 computer to run the game.
I'm saying that you are exaggerating how much it will take to run the game not that I care if you switch to PC or not.

Cross-Platform multiplayer is slightly difficult to achieve, hence why I've only seen a few games do it.

It's not difficult, it's has to do with the two big console competitors not wanting to touch the each other's box with a ten foot pole.
Or that PC users would have an advantage over consoles users.
