No I did not preorder it for the money I'd rather not have it at all, it feels like cheating.
No.. I preordered it because people are trying to make my opinion on preordering for me.
I don't know what backwards third world country you live in but my opnion is my own.

I the money was already set aside for GTA 5 anyways the only thing I would have gotten for not preording is disappointment that I didnt get San Andreas free.
