the first image that i posted blacked out the right corner of the screen, because the steam key for the game was there. apparently there was a button under that steam overlay that linked your steam account to the rockstar one automatically, and i didn't see it because of the overlay.

After you get past it, the game runs fine.

I don't see any reason why, it ran first time with problems for me.
