Your processor is literally only 89 points better on cpubenchmark.net in comparison to my surface pro. You should do fine on GTA with your CPU if you overclock a bit and upgrade your RAM and GPU

apparently it isnt even in the list of compatible cards so jesus loving christ im stuck with a game i cant even play
