Yeah I mean it runs smooth but the stuttering is so bad it makes the game unplayable.
Im also pretty sure theres a memory leak since it eats up more over time

You can't really expect them to run the exact same, as you said, Watch Dogs runs better for you than GTA V does, but you seem to be expecting them to run the same or am I mistaken?

Did a check with a Python script and found 220MB corrupted files. Neato. This might fix my bugs.

....no, really, why shouldn't i expect them to run well
there is no reason not to; if anything GTAV should run way better
