Look, I'm on my server, and then I get bored. Someone picks me up in throwmod, and then I teleport out of the map, bringing my carrier with me. This didn't even concern OP. Somewhere around then op calls me an idiot (idk why) and I mute him for continually saying I'm handicapped. Once he is unmuted, he repeats calling me stupid. I just muted him for a longer period of time. After THAT he still does it, so I ban him for, 2 minutes (I forgot). He messages me on RTB and then continually says I'm stupid and turns on grammar natzi mode.

This quote tell is all. You start by calling the OP a "sychopath and stuff" for pointing out your admin abuse. Then you go on to say you can do whatever the forget you want because its your server regardless of how it affects others.
Then you make a bullstuff excuse for avoiding evidence, making all of your claims moot. Unless you can show us him calling you handicapped we aren't going to listen to you. And before you pull the "He doesn't have evidence either!!1!!11!" card, your reaction and the post I quoted pretty much prove that everything the OP said you did was true.
