Bricks Are smooth when I place them down

Basicly, when I place a brick, it's just like a static shape.
Please help

Have you previously been able to see bricks before they looked like static shapes? Have you tried updating your graphics hardware?

I mean drivers, not hardware.

Did you ever change your brick textures. Make sure that your brick textures (if they are different say blank) are not read only.
