Apparently the print gun was originally supposed to be a 'price gun'.

I've been looking at some of the default blockland.dts files, and inside the print gun file it is commonly referred to as the 'priceGun' through the joints and groups.
I think this means bricks were originally supposed to cost money, maybe?
Anyone know the story behind this madness

I know it looks like an actual price gun, but why would he make it look like one so much and use the same name?

Really it's just a label printer. I have one laying around that's just like it.
You might be right about bricks originally being designed to cost money. For example, the command to add bricks to your inventory is 'buyBricks' and the brick inventory itself is referred to as the "cart".

That would be so awesome to have a RPG/freebuild like that. You have to complete quests and kill enemys to be able to buy bricks for your build.
