Is there any sort of FOV gui?

is there some sort of GUI that sets your FOV besides Jasa's? You can like manually set your FOV, is there anything like this?
If not can someone possibly make one?

Not a gui, but does the trick.

Open your console with the "~" key.
Type setfov();
Put a number in the parenthesis (I don't know what it is by default)
Press enter
