I do too, but unfortunately it is not possible.
Even a detector that auto-bans for saving is not possible.
This is because saving is client-sided and cannot be altered by server mods.

When saving bricks, your client sends a request to the server to get event and other info it can't get client sided, it does it with client and server cmds.
It will not save bricks until it gets this info.
So yes, you can make an anti saving system. (to an extent)
Badspot does not approve of this however, and will probably fail bin it if someone makes a public one.

Zealot was implying that he thought this was going to be a "I WANT A SERVER MOD SO PEOPLE CANT SAVE MY BUILDS AND TAKE MY WORK AND CAN ONLY SAVE THEIR OWN BUILDS" topic, he did not say he actually wanted something like that.

Are you sure that it's possible client-sided? You only get the ownership sent for the baseplates.
