Also, the first time I met him he was as coolguy and I felt sorry so I gave him another key after his got revoked for sharing.

Almost always. Most newbies don't follow a logical mental progression of "make an I'm New topic as part of my first few posts". I know I didn't.
The ones that do are usually either A) attention whores, or B) think they're on a much smaller forum (on smaller forums, someone joining is a big thing).
