A Snowball of Account Problems

I have too many problems to sum up into one title
Let me start at the beginning:
* I wanted to change my profile pictureDidn't work?
* so then I tried making a new account so current ID = forum IDWhat happened is I basically screwed up A TON registering, and now I have a new account in which the ID is -1 and so I have an account I'm afraid to use, and an account that still hasn't loaded my new profile pic.
I'm such a mess. Any recommendations? Will I get banned if I use the new account?

But somehow it glitched and it says my ID is -1
