Low frame rate.

It doesn't say it's lag, and everyone else is perfectly fine, is there anyway to fix this?

it's completely dependent on your computer's hardware
post what you have

lag is when you have bad internet connection
low framerate is when you have bad graphics, you didn't really tell us much

try these things
change your shadow settings to lowest possible

test out each of these "Reduce Render Latency Methods"
some might work better than others, try to find one that works best for your computer

I have an Ibuypower laptop, I'm pretty sure it's called the battalion.
