I don't think this is one of our worries. I'd rather have improvements and additions to what we have now than having to work with a brand new deal.

But, who knows? Maybe the devs will surprise us in the future. They have in the past many times.

I know it's a lot of work, but, it has been time to change the engine for a while now.

No, I remember a while ago I reported the lighting issue to badspot and he said it was an engine limitation, so I will point out that if it were so easily fixable he would of fixed it.

It's like constantly repairing something like clothes or furniture, as time goes on, repair after repair, the quality degrades so its better to start newly after such long time.(kind of how you reinstall windows to make it go fast or upgrading something to a new version)
