Just Cause 2 is a sandbox game in which you are an american agent on the island of panau. You have been sent there after a rogue agent.
This particular agent just happens to be the one that trained you and taught you everything you know.
What you do from here is your choice.
Gameplay
In the game there are many similarities to the GTA games. If you liked those games you should like this one too. If you havn't played those games then I'll give a breif explaination for you. It's a third person shooter. You can have one primary weapon and two secondary weapons. You also have a grappling hook. It works like a hookshot. You can also use it in combat to knock over enemies. Other mechanics will be explained in the tutorial.Multiplayer
There is a mod currently in development that allows you to play on multiplayer. It is currently in beta.

I got a boat to go as fast as any jet at cruising speed during the latest test. Converted, this is 250mph.
