Target Events fixed version? Current does not work.

I have a "ported" version of this

from 2011 but it does not work. I can't post the download link to the ported version because everybody said the original was failbinned for some reason. Because they don't work and they were fail binned, can someone make a new one?

I think I'll be able to find it if I download a v20 copy
My friends list probably has it, but ^ is last resort.

EDIT: You're in luck because I have a friend that has it. He's trying to pm it to you now.
