The text appears in a normal minigame but in a slayer minigame nothing happens. |

(I'm assuming that you mean the event cannot be added.) In Slayer, chatMsgAll is a restricted event. Only people with permission to edit the minigame can use it. This is to prevent spam. To disable this protection, navigate to the Advanced tab and disable [Events | Restrict Output Events]. |
