What would be a video game that you would make?

I want to create an Omegle-type game where instead of chatting with the person, you get stuck with them for 5 minutes and you have a vast array of 9,000 things to do to each other. Things from rape to giving candy, or murder to filling balloons. Who would make this with me?

1. a realistic trench warfare styled multiplayer-oriented game that ranges in eras from medieval to modern times -no name yet-

2. a single-player only game where a man has nightmares and those nightmares follow him into real life, yet nobody else sees them -name is Hell to Earth-

3. a single-player and multiplayer sword combat game but the singleplayer features guns but they are rare as butt and super powerful (backstory is 99.99% of the earth's firearms were seized and destroyed to stop gun violence, so a revolution started against the governments of the world, so now everyone uses swords and other bladed weapons) -name is Rising Blade-

4. (Singleplayer and Co-op) a zombie apocalypse scenario causes ground movement risky, so every human left uses rooftops (basically mirror's edge with zombies and modern buildings) -name is Concrete Treetops-

5. an unrealistic fps with similar, if not the same parkour system as concrete treetops and low gravity -no name yet-

One that discourages simply rushing the enemy by making the characters flimsy and weak, often getting mowed down by machine guns before they can take two steps into No-Man's Land?
