Actually, it doesn't stand for anything. It's just a collection of three letters I use for a moniker for some of my Add-Ons.
I can't believe people keep this topic bumped. Whenever I do get back to Elevator development, I'm going to have to make a whole new topic because of all the garbage that people have left here.
