Tips on improving aim?

I've killed many rogue prisoners on Tezuni's JailRP before, but I still suck at aiming.
Do you guys have any tips on how to improve my aim? I know that I can use training gamemodes and servers, but I still want to know some tips.

I honed my aim in CS:S, but it was half-decent to start with.

Bullets in Blockland move slowly, aim ahead of the person you want to kill

For most weapons, if the target is moving, try to guess where he'll be next and shoot there.
If it's far away, shoot where you think it will be in the next second or two.
If it's fairly close, just shoot at it.
But for the weapons that have bullets that go somewhere instantly, (mostly some snipers) just shoot as direct to the target as you can.
