Whenever I play with AI, they just stand directly in front of swat officers during assault waves, wait a minute or so before catching up to me, and simply refuse to shoot. AI partners are pretty stuff compared to the first Payday.
But hot damn does it feel good to pull something off with friends, especially watchdogs or full stealth jewelry heists. OP is pretty damn accurate.
