[Forum Petition] Make the "Do not flame" rule more descriptive

Blockguy's ban was justified, so was Kaiiu's. If they aren't smart enough to not get banned repeatedly, tough stuff.

the rules are fine as is, you should have the ability to be able to know what is overboard flaming (which gets you banned fairly easily) versus typical run-of-the-mill "called for" flaming (someone being a handicap).

why is it called a forum petition and there isnt even a poll?
also backing up your friends is respectable, but making a topic about it is overkill and can be considered ass kissery.
