[Forum Petition] Make the "Do not flame" rule more descriptive

The only thing is, blockguy123 was extremely loving dismissive in his post.
"Get loving banned" that's pretty harsh, especially towards a picture posted in a you laugh you lose thread.

The image has nudity but it's really nothing to get your panties in a knot about. There's just skin, no real adult content in it.

this is probably because their posts weren't dumb as hell and directed towards an entertaining image in an entertaining thread with bullstuff reasoning
