it will vary from person to person
iirc blockguy whoever was one to jump to flaming a lot, and if you're running on your 6th ban you better be acting in line. there's called for flaming and then there's being a roostersucker and going "get banned" as if to almost brag about jumping on someone they just reported.

You'd be shocked to know there are thousands of members who've never had a single ban. Gosh I wonder how that's even possible! Must be hax.
