Has anyone ever noticed the Reflection image on the Bubble sprite?

I remember when there was a thread of this earlier, the OP stated that its a blockhead fishing, look closely.
I will put red lines on the image as soon as I dl GIMP.
EDIT: horrible red lining, just try to compare the pics, Ill put em next to eachother.

I'm going with the default city theory, although the kitchen sink one sounds good as well.
The blockhead fishing sounds like a huge stretch.
