| What would be a cheap video card that would run shaders? |

HIS ATI Radeon HD 5450 is around $35, which would run shaders okay-ish, I can't really guarantee how it would perform on your machine since I don't know what your processor is, your RAM or even your motherboard. |

A Geforce G210 is very cheap (~$30ish) but it won't run shaders without the frame rate being under 5 on max with a build of only 9000 bricks. If you want a fast, quality graphics card, your going to have to pay plenty more. Since people want fast graphics, graphics cards tend to be a decently large part of a computer build money wise. |
