is blockland 1080p

Depends on what you set the resolution to. Setting it to 1440 by 1080 or 1920 by 1080 and I guess you could say Blockland is 1080p. (If I'm wrong on the resolutions, that's because I'm currently not using a 1080p standard monitor)

it does not look hd in 1920x1080

A video game display is not like video playback. A 3D environment can zoom relatively infinitely.

The resolution is to whatever you set.
