there are 4 people in my family but even when i'm on alone at 2am i still get numbers like this

I am right now in Seoul, the place with the one fastest wireless internet on earth (save for Google Fiber).
Not impressed Seoul, not impressed. TF2 took a whole freaking 18 minutes to download.
