Very true. IS is like a moving target easily destroyed only good thing about it, its cannon.
Also, did they need to nerf the IS's armor? But mostly im getting funds for the IS-3 so that way once i finish researching the IS I can sell it off.

Btw i have some premiums to platoon with but it has to be tier III-V.
