| What is the conversion between meters and bricks? |
| << < (2/7) > >> |
| Unvanquished:
Like Zalot just said. One brick horizontally would be about 0.3 meters. |
| Zalot:
Just curious, what are you using this for? |
| -Blok-:
I remember I had to do this sort of thing when I was building the St. Louis arch. I wonder where that save went..... |
| Kalphiter²:
If I remember correctly, using the player's height as a scaling metric is a bad idea because the models are proportionally short to humans. |
| Doomonkey:
A smart thing to do would be to use cubes as you base unit. So figure out how many cubes are in a meter. Then you would round after each conversion for each part. Cubes are the same in every dimension so they are much better and more accurate than trying to use individual bricks. Also, don't use a Blockhead as your basis for dimension because a Blockhead is horribly disproportionate compared to a human. Just measure things. |
