| What is the Best Dedicated Hosting Service if my Paypal doesn't work? |

People would say RTB hosting does not need you to have paypal, but the payment process still goes through paypal. The thing is, my card registered to paypal cannot be used in any paypal-based services. I can only use my card directly, such as in sites like Steam and Amazon. |
