holy stuff someone needs to tell me the name of this game

There was a game i played as a kid and its about these little rc cars that you use to do tasks and stuff.One i remember was that you had to cook boiled eggs, there was like little tanks and helicopters you can control...
AND I FORGOT THE NAME.
Someone please help me!

Uh im pretty sure that it was vehicles, not soldiers or something, and i don't now if it was a ps1 game or not

i think it was dreamcast because i had a dreamcast when i played that, but know im kinda thinking i played it on the pc, maybe a emulator..
