The brazillian wandering spider is the same spider who's venom coated an arrow which was shot into Naked Snake in Metal Gear Solid 3 by The Fear. This makes the scene in which naked snake trips the forget out on the venom which you must treat yourself hillarious if he had a loving wicked errection the entire time.
