Friend needs help buying a gaming computer.

Ok, but he wants to play other games such as DayZ Battlefield 3 Minecraft and any of the new games coming out this year. Would this computer be good for those?

That computer would be very fast, but I'd buy a great graphics card to go with it. How much is he willing to spend on the graphics card, since that determines plenty about game play performance?
