| Hey guys, help me fix my fallout 3 GOTY edition |

so I've tried every goddamn fix in the book and my fallout 3 goty still refuses to launch. after I click play on the launcher, a little window pops up, in the corner, immediately turns grey and "fallout3.exe has stopped working" comes up. I disabled the into movie, I changed bUseThreadedAI to 1 and limited the game to two cores and installed that dll stuff that supposedly makes it work, but it still refuses to work. I think it doesn't like my video card, but I'm not sure. OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit RAM: 6 gb Processor: AMD Phenom II x4 Video card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 I think that's all you need to know, the copy of my game is from steam btw. I'm not sure what to do now, considering it's pissing me off and I was really excited to play it again after getting it from the sale. Does anyone know any possible way on earth to get this to work? |
