how are we stupid, why not buy a gaming computer, its just a suggestion, if he already has a car go for the gaming computer, and if you aren't much of a gamer, buy some stuff for your car like a stereo system, it's just a suggestion dude, you don't have to call people stupid for it..

Because I'd imagine he would want to move out and get some savings within the next year or so. I'm sure a gaming computer is at the bottom of his priorities list right now.

im sorry but why would you want to meove out right away when you turn 18, why do people assume this, i plan on going to my college and staying in my house with my job, just because you turn 18 does not mean you will move out, maybe for some people, but idk how you would support yourself with a minimum wage job and still going to school.. lol.

A lot of my friends moved into an apartment as soon as they finished school. I didn't like the idea, so I stayed home for two more years and realized it was a big mistake. Moving out right away is very beneficial because when you get to this age you really want more privacy and freedom to do whatever the forget you want. The only time I worked minimum wage was at 14 years old, and a year later I was getting $13 an hour. A good alternative is sharing rent on an apartment with a friend.
