Because she has never said that women should be treated better than men. Maybe you should actually watch the damn thing without dismissing it the first second because the scary gross women are invading your gaming treehouse. Also this is an brown townysis. She never actually said that this is specifically bad, just that the trope exists in many forms in the medium and in many games.
