Adjustable Waves & Ripple?

Is there a way to configure waves in water, and maybe add a ripple when you are in it and move?

I think you can spawn the old water with waves using mission editor

It did at one time.
I think the only to do it now is to edit the water properties with mission editor (implying it still exist)
