Good City RPG Gamemode.

I don't want the admin powers, I just want to make a good City RPG what will somehow differ from the others, and I really haven't seen many CityRPG's lately. As far as I know, people don't get bored to the mod itself, but how it is done.

I have the old one that I haven't updated since like v14, or at least haven't re-downloaded since then. Should that one be good?
And honestly, if you want a CityRPG mod tailored to your preferences, you'll have to look through the scripts and edit them yourself.
