Tell him to delete his cache.db file.

This is normal, it happens to me all the time.
It always fixes itself when you try again.

Not always, sometimes you have to delete cache.db

Remember in v21 when the master server was crashing and all those people were making bunkers and stuff?
Lasted about a day.
