RTB taking a long time to load

Generation:

What's wrong with RTB? Yesterday it worked fine but today its not connecting at all. First I opened it with steam and thats when I noticed a problem and then I tried it without steam and got the same thing. Also I wanted to know Is RTB down at the moment?

It's probably also because of master server DoS/DDoSing.
