Profile Picture doesn't work..?

Each time i try to put in a profile picture for my account, it loads but it doesn't show up.
For some unknown reason it doesn't give me an error saying it's too large, or etc etc i click "i will upload my own picture" aaaand nothing. The hell is this about?
