Profile Picture doesn't work..?

if that's not the problem, idk what to tell you :v

it would be ctrl+F5 or shift+F5, depending on the browser, but just regular old F5 wouldn't work
that's obviously not the problem anyway, though. that issue only affects the person trying to upload the avatar. we'd still be able to see it
