Sleven:
An RPG doesn't need to rely on levels man. It could be about exploring and interaction in the world. Do stuff with friends and go out on quests. Not sit some hours and chop respawning trees..

of course, to have people build their own stuff, that means public bricks, and that means you cant ever reset the server cause then the ownership gets messed up. someone would have to break public bricks so it doesnt matter what baseplate its on, its always their bricks.
an of course, a new mod.
also, if you want people building their own stuff, its probably best made with modter since you can build inside of it and stuff.

drpg was good in the beginning days until the mod got out and it was hosted so frequently that i couldnt decide which one to join. i think thats the reason the mod was meant to be private, not for greed. so if a mod is made for a
medieval rpg like this, its best kept private or else it will loose its own pzazz.

There should be a city system that certain players live in a community in a border (Must) they need to work together to better their city. In each city there should be a mayor which has full control of everything such as housing and city size which could be expanded with money from citizens.

To that add a dynamic environment such as animals, trade, economy, impact of events, war status.

But keep it simple, not alot of things because games like that can get boring but there has to be alot to see and learn. Personally i am against skills and classes, there could be jobs but keep it equal.

I don't agree with the mayor part, yeah their should be little villages across the map but if theirs a mayor a lot of stuff could go wrong since some of Blocklands community tends to be rather immature. Skills and classes should just be something off to the side like I said before, they should not be necessary and are just something that you could choose to do. Though if their is classes they should have their own pros and cons an example of this would be Stone Quest. I agree that it should be manly about adventuring and not just leveling up, but there should be advantages to leveling up.
Monkeyboy:
i think that levels are cool, but the grind to level up isnt. maybe quests or dungeons (things that arent as monotonous as chopping down trees for an hour) could give you exp towards skills that you used during it

do you have a server up for this sylv? or is it too early to build anything
Sylvanor:
I Will get a new server for it, it Will be Online Tomorrow morning! :3 should we use défaut bricks or Some add ons?
